The GM Labs project is an office facility design project located in the UGM area by applying Playful Adaptive Reuse concept. This concept is a design concept that reuses old buildings for new functions. The old building was reused to support the new function as a collaborative office. The materials that are widely used are concrete, andesite ceramics, frosted glass, fabric texture, and wood. The color palette mostly used uses muted colors, so the resulting nuance still feels calm. The interior of GM Labs resembles scandinavian nuances with a blend of muted colors and natural-style materials. In the outdoor area, you can find a lot of space for a place to unwind and relax such as the dining area, bar, outdoor stage, and others.
